This guide might be especially useful when you need merits or wants to get new cool looking Honours. I made this guide mostly from subtracting a few famous awards guides and including a little of my own.
Lovestruck - defeat a married couple * Defeat two people who married in Torn. monkey_D and Left4Dead12 these two also works.
Clotted - hospitalize yourself use Ipecac Syrup. Its quite cheap. You can also use it from faction armory but please use it while in war :) you can also use the wrong kind of blood, but that requires medical education
Gone Fishing - be defeated by a trout attack pops333 and lose. You have to let him beat you, so try to use fists if you think you might beat him. You can also ask someone in faction with high stats to equip a trout. They may gladly slap you with a trout :D Warning! Getting hit by a trout not enough. Last hit has to be trout.
Zero Liability - Recover a card skimmer with at least 250 details go to crimes, then to Card Skimming, then find the bus station install a skimmer at the Bus Station and leave it there for two-three weeks
Pious - Give $100,000 to the church (And there's another merit for $1,000,000) Can be all in one or cumulative
Domino Effect - kill someone displaying this honor * kill L3Milk. He's got pretty low stats, so he can be an easy kill for you.
Double Dragon - assist in an attack (dont haste for this, sometimes happens accidently, especially in crowded faction wars) find an easy target and a tagteam partner click 'attack', but don't attack them, dont use weapons yet * have your buddy attack and kill them
Going Postal - kill a co-worker * BEAT YOUR COWORKERS ASS.
Friendly Fire - kill a factionmate * BEAT SOMEONES ASS FROM YOUR FACTION (not mine please flushedemoji.png)
Leonidas - get a finishing hit with a kick Take introduction to self-defense Take 'Kick-boxing' * Kill someone low level low stats with a kick
Church Mouse - have someone mug you for exactly $1 Deposit your money to safety Have 22-27$ cash on you * Have someone mug you or ask someone from faction
Phoenix - defeat someone right after they defeat you Find a tagteammate with about equal stats to your own. Have them defeat you, either by hosping and medding out with low health, or letting them win by unequipping everything. Med out immediately to high health and defeat that player in return. (Within 10 Minutes, might have to hosp them)
Foot Soldier - beat 10 unique opponents in Russian Roulette. * Go to casino and play 10 RR matches for about $10 each.
Deadly Duo - attack and defeat an opponent with your spouse Get a spouse (or one of your homies, flushedemoji.png again) Coordinate an attack on a easy target. One person starts the attack, then the other person joins and beats them.
Yoink - mug someone who just mugged someone else (sometimes you can get this randomly too if you are into mugging like me >:) ) Have a friend whomst'd've worse stats than you mug someone Mug them * alternatively, you can also look at hospital to find a recently mugged person to mug their mugger for extra muggery
Guardian Angel - defeat someone as they're attacking someone else Have a friend attack someone, but don't defeat them Defeat them before they finish the attack * Alternatively, defend me in faction war (right point finger emoji, left point finger emoji, flushed face emoji)
Wholesaler - sell 1000 points on the market Go to points market and list your coins Repeat the process 200 to 400 times * Fast if you're willing to take a loss, nearly no cost if you're willing to take it slow
OR; Find a friend Put many coins for a high price * Repeat the process a few times I did this honour by buying bulk cheap points and selling them slightly higher with little by little. Made a profit and mostly protected from getting mugged.
Landlord - Rent out a property to someone Buy a trailer Go to the trailer under properties and press rent out. Make it free to rent or 1 dollar for 3 days post it on list its hard to get find on rent list, what you can do is get a friend or ask in faction chat Easier way: literally ask anybody for help buy a trailer or get to existing one open rent options lease properity to your contact tell them to accept it and thats it
Historian - Read a chronicle Go to the newpaper Click on chronicles Open any chronicle Stay on for 15 minutes
Forgiven - Be truly forgiven Pray everyday for two weeks. Just to be safe, pray two times a day, once in the morning and once at night * Total cost: 14 days, 140 energy
Eco-Friendly - Dump 5000 items You can buy items lower than 200 dollars from item market to dumb them You can buy from city stores but if you are new I dont suggest wasting your daily buy limit to buy trash and dumping them
Finale - Defeat someone on the 25th turn Equip a HEG and a pillow Find someone with about half your stats * Attack with the pillow until the last attack, then use the HEG to finish them
Energetic - Stack to the max of 1000 energy (you can also get this while happy jumping or preparing before war) Use all your energy, then start taking Xanax and never use your energy until you hit 1000 To stack to 1,000 requires four Xanax. Each costs under $850,000 * Xanax gives a Drug Cooldown (CD) of 6-8 hours, then you can take another
24/25/26. Semper Fortis, Manu Forti, and Vae Victus - defeat someone a lot better than you Kill someone with 5x your stats If you have less that 550k stats, kill penguinbob. He's got crazy strength but nothing else. * If you have more than 550k stats, it's gonna cost you a lot of money. Must suck to be successful.
Carnage - Complete a hit that gets your faction at least 10 respect Pop a Xanax. Kill 10 people while in a faction Also counts for Kill Streaker 1
Riddled - Hit an opponent in 10 different body parts and win in a single attack Attack a noob using only pillow or toy sword. Then finish them with a grenade or your best weapon.
Invictus - Successfully defend against someone with double your stats Like any and all problems in Torn, this can be solved with money or friendship Find (or pay) someone with double your stats and have them lose OR my suggested tactic; find a volunteer with high stats, they use empty blood bag to drain their health. go to settings, attack settings change your attack settings to do your highest priority attack for temporary (equip grenade) they wear no armor, no weapons, only toys they attack and lose you.
Blood Money - Make $1 Mil in a single mugging Have a friend hold $15 mil Mug them (Or use the forbidden method: Buy mugging, then get dozens of enemies like me ;) )
Vengeance - Successfully preform a faction retaliation Have someone (or wait for someone) to attack and defeat someone from your faction. Hospitalize them (the attacker, not the person from your faction :D ) * I think it has to be within 5 minutes of the initial attack.
Surplus - Use 100 Rounds of special Ammo You can find about 200 for 100 credits in the mission shop or steal them from Big Al's Check the items page and click 'Ammo' at the top to see what you have. * Go on a rampage.
Booboo - Go to the Hospital 250 times * Trust me, you will. You will get this award faster especially if we keep going faction wars every week :D
Pocket Money - Make an investment in the Torn City Bank * Just go to bank and invest (its also the best way to make money. Passive, no cost, easy cash. Be careful not to put all your money if you want to buy things in the future)
Lavish - Dump an item its market worth more than $1 Mil Buy an item that cost just over one mil (possibly a small suitcase) Dump it from the item page.
36/37. Backdrop/Hairy - Buy a backdrop and hairstyle from the points building, respectively Go to the points building on the map hawk tuah on that bald head with a wig Badabing, badaboom, you got yourself two new shiny merits. If you don't have points, buy them in the Points Market
Middleman - Have 100 customers buy from your bazaar Easiest way, put 100 something at your bazaar and nicely ask in faction chat to people bought it from you After you done first step and still didnt get it (which most likely you cant) you can get to do second step. Time to time, put cheap trash like 2-3 phones for 120$ on your bazaar. You can buy phones item market around 200.
Any 100 weapon finisher: You can use any gun, grenade or melee, anything but keep that one thing in your mind make sure you use the chose of weapon at last hit
Spray and Pray - Fire 1000 rounds * want to hasten the process? buy a lmg or something cheap but high firerate like P90, you can also loan guns from armory. my suggestion? just dont use melee all the time and let it happen.
